someone scouted a tribe member of S~A and is ready for attack, when i saw the points of this guy (close to 400,000) i thought oh shit, but then i realized that i had powers of brothers who can help me to decide what to do, i just need suggestions for there has been no attacks just letters saying that you are commenting a act of war by scouting and the big point player said so what, what should S~A do
