What i mean, is if it is not abandon, this will show you when the last time they had a point increase. if it has been more than a couple of days, feel free to attack. Just be careful. they could actually be on line right now. Look at it play around, and learn how it could benifit you on your attacks. | |

I was running the abandoned villages dry around me
